Year 5 & 6 Production - 6 & 7 July

Year 6 wrote reviews excerpts of which are below:

'This year's play has been another classic play by Mr Pressling'

'It is about a brave bold knight who travels around the countryside sorting troubles out. The only problem was he was bored.'

'Sir Cuthbert goes off on and adventure where he meets the fearsome knight Black Jed, Sir Wobbin and Lady Edwina who is locked up in Tower Hamlets, ( a terrible joke).'

'Black Jed and Sir Cuthbert keep fighting each other but eventually Sir Cuthbert wins fair lady'

'The Jester saves the day with his frog/princess'

'Some of the remarkable characters are, Sir Cumferance, Sir Pent, Sir Tanly, Sir Wobbin, King Luke, Jester Minute, Fairy Nuff, Queen Matilda and Black Jed the evil villain.'

'there were lots of corny jokes which made us both laugh, and groan!'

'Our production went very well and is the best and longest we have ever performed.'

'The music was great and included lots of songs and pieces for us to play.'

'We thank Mrs Hammond for the props and backdrops, Miss D'Cruz for the music, Mrs Kitney and Mrs Watkins for props and Mrs Kitney for the programmes. However, it would not have all come together if it wasn't for Mr Pressling and Miss Burke directing us. It would also be no good without the children or a script, but luckily Mr Pressling wrote the whole play, one of the most fantastic yet.'

'We are all feeling very tire, but it is the kind of tiredness that has come out of having a lot of fun!.'
