Years 2 - 6
A club designed for those with boundless energy, this session is held at the
Sidcup Sports Ground for those who enjoy athletics and running. The children
take part in training exercises over long and short distances to build up strength,
stamina and speed. They play various games, which develop their team spirit
and take part in running races to improve their sporting technique. The children
take part in fun activities, become fit and healthy for life and enjoy the great
outdoors!
