What do you see as the most important part of your role at West Lodge?
I believe the most important part of my role at West Lodge is to provide a balanced and healthy diet for pupils and staff alike. All meals are prepared freshly and local suppliers are used as much as possible.
Which dietary requirements do you cater for in the kitchen?
All dietary requirements are catered for in the West Lodge kitchen. Our menus are fully allergen checked so each meal can be enjoyed safely. Our onsite Allergy Champions are happy to offer menu advice to all pupils with an allergy, intolerance or other dietary requirement.
What is your favourite memory of your time at West Lodge so far?
My favourite memory so far has been the charity breakfasts that have raised so much money for two very worthy causes. It is great to see the whole school community come together for these events.
