I was trying hard to write my name but found holding the pencil and exerting enough pressure challenging. I wasn't very interested in writing.

I became more interested in writing and much more confident. I could hear and copy some initial sounds for the words I wanted to use.

I am using a pencil grip and can now write with more pressure. I am confident to use my sounds for words I want to write and can write several tricky words for myself too.
