How did you feel after your first day at your new school?

Very happy because I made lots of friends on my first day.

Are you used to your new uniform and routine?

I am used to my new uniform, my morning routine is pretty much the same except I have to get up earlier now to walk to school and be in school a bit earlier.

What are the biggest differences between West Lodge and your new school?

The size difference is the biggest, there are more pupils in my Year 7 than the whole of West Lodge School! Another big difference is moving classrooms for each lesson, but you soon get used to this, I have only got lost once!

What did you learn at West Lodge that has helped you in your first weeks at secondary school?

Some pupils in my year find the amount of homework difficult, but I think West Lodge prepared me well for this as I don’t think it is a lot of homework.

Which of your learning powers have you used most at secondary school?

Co-operation because you have to work with so many different people in many different lessons.
